Workshop "Check-in" payment. This pre-payment comes off the total amount of the service/repair invoice.
To book your service, follow the steps below:
- Process the above payment for the check-in fee (one fee per piece of equipment).
- Click here to send us an email with details about the work required
- Current Service Time Estimates (subject to change dependent on technicians available and volume of bookings):
- Sydney (Frenchs Forest): Due to the high volume of machines currently in the service department, the estimated turn around is approximately 2-3 weeks. If your machine is operational, you can keep your machine at home and bring it to us about a week before the current estimate, please note we are not able to call you to remind you to bring it in. We are open 9-4 Monday to Saturday. There are trolleys for your equipment available in the car park or showroom. If you are unable to bring in/collect your machine in person, you are welcome to organise your own courier - please notify us if this is the case so we can know to expect it!
- Newcastle: Estimated turnaround 5-7 working days.
- Wollongong/Kiama: *OPENING SOON*
- Brisbane: Estimated turnaround 2-3 working days
- Hobart: Estimated turnaround 5-7 working days.

Excellent service

I have found the level of expertise and product knowledge to meet my needs. My most recent interaction was to have my coffee machine serviced and the job was completed in quick time and the machine was again producing great coffee. Simply, I have seldom had the need to go elsewhere for my espresso equipment needs.

Service and Repair

Customer service was first class, we even received a rundown of work completed by the Workshop crew. Living outside of Sydney we needed to ship the machine to Jetblack. It was back to us within one week. Well done everyone at Jetblack, can’t recommend them enough.
