The Specialita is the fastest option available in Eureka's new line of Mignons. Sporting a digital display and the quiet grind found in it's bigger brother the Eureka Atom, the Specialita features Eureka's micrometric regulation, ideal for making small adjustments in the espresso range.
Featuring 55mm Flat Burrs, this grinder has the largest burrs in the range (making it the incredibly fast, second only to the Eureka XL), and along with the anti-static anti-clumping technology, it is an ideal grinder for espresso, and can be used for filter brewing methods as well.
Need a smaller hopper? This is what you're looking for.

Beautiful grinder, but not at all reliable
By: Andrew Jakopanetz on 30 January 2023The grinder is excellent and easy to use, but it broke down just out of warranty. For a home grinder with 3 coffees a day, that's really not good enough.

beautiful compact grinder - with a couple of minor
By: Tom on 28 July 2022I have this grinder and so far have really enjoyed using it. In grinding terms the retention is minimal(is 20 grams goes in usually no less than 19 point something grams come out for example). It pairs beautifully with my espresso machine and i make lovely coffee from it. I find the dial a little tricky, its very small so dialling in your grind can take a little bit of time. That being said it produces coffee ground at exactly the coarseness you need. I would however only use this grinder as a single purpose Espresso Grinder. Because it takes ages and a lot of coffee beans to dial it back down. As my own accessory i bought a camera lense cleaner, which is super useful for keeping the shute clear of stuck grounds. This cuts down on the times needed to properly clean it(remove the housing, some screws and dust out properly) and ensure you get a full shot of freshly ground coffee each time. highly recommended extra. The electrics can be a touch hit and miss. they are very sensitive to voltage? that being said the timed single and double doses is a great time saver. I am hoping it lasts me for years to come.
