I purchased this ECM unit late in 2019 and could not have been happier with my choice. Solid machine and makes great coffee. Once I worked out how to use the boiler in the various modes for the shot and to create steam, very happy. Build quality is very good and no issues at all. The staff at Jetblack Espresso were excellent.

I just purchased the ECM Casa V online after my last machine of 8 years died! I wanted a good quality machine without having to spend $2K+ and look to have found it in the Casa V. It makes superb coffee with excellent extraction obtained each time I have used it. The steam function is good and the machine looks classy. I live in WA and ordered it online after a few emails back and forth with the online team. The machine arrived in mint condition within 5 days. Overall a great experience and no hesitation in recommending Jetblack or the ECM Casa V to anyone who wants a great value espresso machine.

The product is excellent, but I especially wish to comment on the Jetblack service. It is sensational. The packaging was excellent. Jetblack helped me get acquainted with the machine over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I heartily recommend them as coffee machine suppliers. WELL DONE!!
