The Ascaso Baby T was born from the Barista T in a move to bring Ascaso's commercial line to consumer. The Baby T contains all the same features and technology as the Barista T in a much smaller package, allowing for top quality extraction wherever you need it – Hospitality, Catering, Coffee Shops, Food Trucks, Offices, Boutiques.... And of course, at home! 

The Baby T is extremely temperature stable with a heating system that functions similarly to a heat exchanger but with a few key differences. The brew water drawn from the tank through the steam boiler, where it heats to a temperature of 80°C, before passing through a thermodynamic group that heats your brew the rest of the way. This system guarantees always clean and fresh water at a constant and precise temperature (+ - 0.5ºC), whether you're pulling one shot or fifty!

With a stainless-steel boiler, element, chassis and pump, this machine offers superior mechanical resistance and scale build-up prevention, as well as minimal metal migration to the final beverage.
