The La Pavoni Europiccola lever espresso machine is for the barista who demands a great coffee but insists on being an integral part of the process. Application of pressure to the lever will start the extraction of espresso and you will be in control of the extraction speed by varying the force applied. There is no waiting time for steam - it is available immediately. Other advantages include:
* fast warm up - espresso is ready 15 minutes from start up.
* small foot print
* excellent reliability (no electric pump or solenoids)
This machine is ideal for making a couple of milk based coffees at a time, or up to 16 espressos at a time (before a boiler refill is required).
The La Pavoni Europiccola is a lever machine which embodies the pioneering spirit of lever technology while drawing on modern components to provide better performance and reliability than it's predecessors.
Lifting the lever raises a piston inside the group, allowing water under pressure to infuse the coffee in the filter holder. The lever is then lowered, causing the piston to force the water through the coffee into the cup. The user therefore can vary the speed at which the water passes through the coffee, enabling a level of control not possible on an electric pump machine.
The steam wand can be used to make velvety milk for lattes and cappuccinos. It is interchangeable with the "Cappuccino Automatic". The "Cappuccino Automatic", will automatically suck the milk directly into the cup.
Included Accessories:
- Dual Spout Portafilter
- Single/Pod & Double Filter Basket
- Coffee Scoop
- Tamper

In love with this machine
By: Majella Morello on 23 January 2019I've had automatic machines in the house before, which were convenient. I wanted a more mindful and connected coffee ritual. After doing some research I discovered the Europiccola. Jetblack Espresso team gave great advice. This machine doesn't make a quick coffee so you can run out the door. I take the time to let it warm up. I enjoy the control I have over all the variables in the making of a good coffee. The design is beautiful and has an interesting history. The Europiccola has a small footprint so with the other accoutrements it doesn't take up an outrageous amount of space. When I tidy my kitchen after dinner, I can look at my Europiccola and I usually think to myself, "only one sleep to go and I can make myself another coffee!" It is that enjoyable! There is a little work to learning and using it, so if you just want to get your coffee quick and drink it, this might not be the machine for you, but if you are looking for a full experience then take a good look at the Europiccola. I use a Lido E, and I also took the home barista course with Jetblack (highly recommend).
