I've had much success roasting these beans with the Gene Cafe roaster. In the short time I've had the GC, I've roasted Ethiopian, PNG, Indonesian, Columbian, and El Salvadoran beans. These pulped naturals are by far my favourite as a single origin. My roast settings on GC are : preheat 250 degrees celcius for 15 minutes empty, then load beans, heat on 215c for 3 minutes, then ramp up to 250c until 1st crack to medium roast, and cool in external cooling sieve. The taste is sweet smooth nutty and milk chocalatey, but acidity/brightness can be improved by adding in some Sidamo or Yirgacheffe in my experience/taste.
